Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS),
sometimes called "crib death", is the number one cause of death for infants between 1 month and 1 year. It happens without warning to apparently healthy babies. It can happen to any family.
No one knows why.


Nothing can remove the pain of loss, but two things can help:

1.Knowing that others have experienced just such overwhelming feelings and have emerged to be productive, happy and often stronger people.

2.Finding one or more people with whom you can share your burden of sadness.
